“inverso” is the new vinyl sub-label of kript records, whose concept is based on the meaning that the word assumes in different fields, in mathematics for example the “inverso” ratio means that the product of the variables always remain constant. but the word “inverso” is also a concept that leads to an exact opposite of what it assumes. these two meanings of the word “inverso” inspire all the tracks of the label, characterized by a -noisy and distorted- sound, where symmetry and asymmetry live together and where analog source and analog processing give a great touch of depth.

second reference of the spanish label sinerec. this time the hand of german quantec, momentarily abandons those atmospheres characteristics and leads to a more usual forceful style. a very clean and not too much saturation in style chords. spaces warm and very danceable. music definitely cheerful and very valid. with the chemist makes a turn to the more techno sounds where the baseline takes an important character in the composition of the track. depth flotation and lets get wasted, down a bit of character and are ideal companions in the suitcase of a dj for their musicality and cadence that will make sure, wonders on the dance floor.

considering the combined talents of detroit veteran terrence dixon and black jazz consortium man fred p, you d expect this split ep for finale sessions to be a lesson in warm, soul-flecked depth. pleasingly, that s exactly what it delivers. dixon excels with the sub-sporting alien futurism of -to the bridge- - the aural equivalent of staring into space while dancing to electronic jazz - and the sumptuous, minor key bliss of the casual deep house jam -starting over-. fred p, meanwhile, delivers two contrasting cuts. there s some acid-fuelled deep house futurism in the shape of -circuit-, and a chunk of bongo-laden dancefloor humidity in -the road-, whose rising strings and sweet melodies are arguably the highlight of a superb ep.
